5/5 for service. 1/5 for the kitchen. order a cooked meat to the point so that it arrives blue, return it to the kitchen and cook it from the plancha reserved for fish cooking, which gives its taste. it is not correct to not know how to control cooking in an establishment where the main element is meat.
