good, not given the addition at the end, but very tasteful meat ( merlan), maybe a can too cooked, I asked for bleeding, and I had it at point.But tans pis as I am not a grinder I tasted it like that.The service at the top, as usual, boss and boss super, polished cuisto.The family restaurant of reference.
