I had a fantastic experience at Sencha, enjoying a delicious banana tea shake with tapioca pearls while surrounded by local artwork and a diverse group of people. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful as we explored the menu, and the drinks were quickly made and bursting with flavor. It was a wonderful place to be, embracing the beauty of life.
The staff is fantastic and there are plenty of options available. I particularly enjoy the charming little shop with adorable erasers and other unique items. However, I must admit that the boba is tough and lacks flavor, and the tea seems watery. I really want to like it, but in the past, I have always been disappointed with my drink.
Had a pretty great experience when i came here earlier today. The customer service was super helpful when i was deciding what to order for my drink. they were understanding friendly and patient with me. For that I give it a 5 star. Every Sencha visit is a great experience... they have the best bubble tea im all the areas!
This restaurant serves the best coffee, shakes, and tea! I personally enjoy the chai cooler with extra shots of lavender and vanilla, while my son loves the cantaloupe tea or cooler with popping pearls. I had a great time at this restaurant with its fun and relaxed atmosphere and plenty of cozy seating choices. The baristas put in a lot of effort and it really shows, plus they get to choose the music which adds a fun touch to the experience. The tea is always delicious as well.
Consistent with drinks but there’s a lady in there who is rude. She ignored me and another customer for two minutes. And then she plopped my drink on the counter. She’s been rude more than once. I don’t think I’m coming back after today.
My favorite spot to frequent for boba it's so good, the staff is always so nice, and last time I bought the most precious little boba earrings! I'm in love with this place and I'm sure they will know me by name soon.Food: 5/5
