Small seating area time your arrival although on good weather days there may be extra seating outside on the patio. Very busy, at least at lunchtime. Spouse ordered the #1 Signature Bowl with ahi tuna. I had the #4 with tempura shrimp. The tuna was good sized chunks. I would need to classify the shrimp as 10 15 size, done properly, not overdone. Received 4 shrimp which covered the top of the bowl quite well. The #1 was a bit spicy for my taste. I thought the #4 was just about the right spiciness if you have been reading my other comments. My boyfriend and I have be regulars here for the past three years, and I LOVE this place. We come here at least 2-3 times a week. The food is super fresh, high quality, and just downright tasty. And so versatile too! You can eat healthy, you can eat like comfort food, you can eat gluten free and vegan too! Service is excellent too! It's super fast, and always very friendly! This place is wonderful! We only discovered poke recently and the staff was very helpful with helping us understand how to create our signature bowl or get the specialty ones. We ended up following the recommendations and we loved both of those choices! We are definitely going to be back soon! Very friendly stuff with delicious food!
Got the #4, Kilauea Krunch, half brown and half white rice. First time here. Staff was friendly and patient with me ordering slow. Place was super clean, good music playing and reasonable prices. I decided to try the fury shrimp last night because I usually get the other shrimp bowl and love it. He said it'd be spicy and it was but soo delicious ?? the avocado rice and cucumber helped offset the spiciness. I will definitely try that again. I don't eat raw fish but they have so many other delicious options.
When I first went, I tried the avocadoloco bullet, and it was good. but I find building my own bowl results in the more satisfying experience. the tofu is fine, not pressed or grilled, which is ideal, but I find the combination of aromen that I can get is poke munch unique in the vegan landscape of st. louis.
I'm fairly picky when it comes to poke. This Maui fury with fresh salmon and tuna, brown rice, spicy sauce, was very good. Everything was very very fresh. My kiddo's sesame chicken was also really good.Food: 5/5
