We ordered dinner for a family of four: two large pizzas, 20 wings, and a large order of cheese fries. This doesn't seem excessive, especially for a Saturday night, and considering the current staffing shortages, we decided to be patient. We placed our order at 6:24 PM and waited until 8:35 PM before I called for an update. They explained that they were having printer issues and that our food had been delivered to the wrong address. I understand that restaurants can be busy, so I made an effort to be patient. However, when I arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty, even though I know they offer delivery. I ended up waiting nearly an hour for my food! I considered asking for a refund, but every time I went inside to check, they assured me my order would be ready "in a couple of minutes."
I will NEVER recommend this restaurant or dine here again! This isn’t my first experience with issues, but it will certainly be my last. The quality of this restaurant has dropped significantly!
I have been coming to Poliseno's Pizza II for 16 years, and it's great to see how much they have grown. I'm really happy for them. When I order over the phone, I explain exactly how I want my pizza, and they say it's noted, but they often don't follow through. From now on, I will pick up my orders in the store. Until now, I never had any issues. Overall, the food is good, but if you ask for something a certain way, you should get exactly what you requested.

I called the restaurant to inform them that we had received the pizza. They told me that in order to issue a refund, they would need the pizza returned. I then asked if I could at least get back the $3 delivery fee. The website stated that delivery would take 45-50 minutes, but the driver was unreachable for over an hour and the pizza arrived cold. This was possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.
The restaurant is just a short 10-minute drive from my home. They frequently ask if I would like to tip the driver, but I choose not to since my food always arrives cold. The last time I ordered, it took 50 minutes for my food to be delivered, and I find myself having to reheat it every time it arrives.
I placed an online order, but the food was ready later than expected. I ordered a medium platter, and I was surprised to find out that it no longer comes with a drink, which is strange. Regardless, the food was good.
