I gave them 1 star because of their terrible customer service!! The lady taking orders is terrible. When you call and try to explain what’s wrong with the order she gets loud and overall just says she does not care. I work for a big company that has been buying from them FOR YEARS. They over charge and yet cannot at least re make the order. Terrible customer service. That’s exactly what keeps a company going. They need to take her off the phones but the old lady is no better. I have been coming here for some time. The food is always delicious and the service is fast. My company had originally ordered a tray from there and I was impressed I came back to try the other menu items. Good selection of taco meats and mariscos (seafood). The salsa is spicy but good! During lunch today I went in and the lady recommended the quessabirria tacos. I gave them a try and they were delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the quessabirria tacos! The meat was incredibly juicy and tender, making each bite delicious. The green and red sauces added a flavorful kick, and the consomé was delightful. My only suggestion would be to offer a larger portion of the consomé.. Will come again. Urfavor...

I dined in here and had an awful experience. I ordered a cup of ice water with my food and received a dirty cup with dirt floating around. I ordered a second cup and received the same thing. The employees showed no concern. Everything all around there is slow moving and unprofessional.
