italien ohne pasta is like green Christmas, something is missing. the ristorante polo has mastered this ancient Italian tradition! the handmade pasta tasted amazing. we went for the truffle tagliatelle and the seasonal ramson pasta, both surpassed our expectations and also are very...probably price!eva our waitress was always very friendly and made our evening meal exceptional. the restaurant is open for publicity, so make sure to get a table as it is literally 5 minutes away from asconas old town.

Wenn Sie ein schönes „Pasta-Gespräch“ und ein gutes Glas Wein wünschen, können Sie es hier abschließen. Die Fagottini mit Fleischfüllung und Streuseln aus dem eigenen Garten sind hervorragend. I had the pleasure of eating at Restaurant Polo, where I was served a five course menu. I had some of the best tagliatelle I have ever tasted, and I even tried a goulash that actually had flavour! The coffee was perfectly made and complimented...the tiramisu I had masterfully. over, our waiter was very sweet and made the meal even more enjoyable. Would definitely go back!

Die Polo Inn ist ein günstiges, kleines Hotel im Zentrum von Ascona. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, sauber und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und reichhaltig, vomBirchermüesli, frischem Brot und Kaffee fehlte nichts, ausserdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Had dinner at Restaurant Polo and it was great! Got a five course meal, with beer and wine, and tasted all kinds of delicious dishes (mostly Italian, but also others . Think this is one of the few restaurants where I actually went home full and...satisfied:
