What an amazing experience! A menu based on apples in any way. Sounds crazy, right? The food is innovative and positively delicious! The service was friendly and impeccable. The owner is out, very charming and made the evening so much special. The staff communicated with us in perfect English. Try the cedar couples. A real treat! Thank you Pomze for a great evening in Paris!
One of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. Remember me so much of California Cuisine. Nicely designed turbot fish with vegetables. Amazing tuna tars. My apple dessert was incredible, finely cut pieces of the sky. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it is far better than most 5 star restaurants in Paris. *Very Inovative!

the foie gras as an appetizer - that was the best dish of the house. had great taste with a bowl jam. they gave us an amuse-bubble from apples.
