this is the type of place that no longer exists. they produce their own meat, and simply cook it....not soothing fancier. most restaurants can no longer do this due to the quality of products and they end up with chic sauces, espuma and all kinds of...pages that do not belong in the board. I love 3 star restaurants, but I have to say that eating a real ham and a real kalbs just grilled is amazing. do not miss the place. but do not expect to be served in a 3 star restaurant. only nice people do what they believe.
