Where to begin? The place was very dark and under renovation. We had to ask if we could just sit anywhere. Waitress started off with getting our drinks and we got them quickly. She took our order promptly. This is where the good service ended. My food came out before my wife's did and I had to wait for hers before I could eat. The crab dip and pita was very good. I ran out of soda and had to go up to the bar to find the waitress. I got the refill. Had to ask for more napkins and my wife had to go back up to the bar to get her refill. However, as others have pointed out, the restaurant is currently in what feels like the world's longest renovation, now dragging on for four months after initially being promised just a couple of weeks. Yesterday, we stopped by to see if the renovations were finally complete and entered the empty restaurant at noon. The door was open, and we simply wanted to take a look inside. Almost immediately, a female employee approached us and told us to leave because Noah's party was only six hours away. When we inquired about the renovations, she informed us that more work was required but insisted we leave the private function. Meanwhile, she was busy closing the entrance door behind us.

The property management team at the Bolger Center changes frequently, as does the management of the Pony Express. However, the bartenders and servers have remained a consistent and amazing presence for quite some time. Tyrone and Heidi always provide excellent care to their customers.
We hosted a meal for about 25 people and the service was prompt. The food quality was good, even though they mixed up a few dishes. Beers were cold. Evening manager was attentive checking in to see how our group was doing and ensured we had a nice time.

We had a fantastic dining experience during our stay at the Bolger Center. Chef Michael Snead was incredibly kind and attentive. He noticed us wandering the halls in search of the dining area and graciously guided us there.
Fun place for kids and adults. Great to go with a small or large group. Food is decent, but it's the set up and ease of moving around if your group is large, that makes it fun.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful! The made-to-order omelettes are outstanding, and the smoked salmon with capers and onions is exquisite!
