This restaurant experience is definitely worth it. At first glance, you might almost overlook it due to the glass exterior, but once you step inside, you are warmly greeted. I ordered the jerk chicken pasta, and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Many places tend to overcook jerk chicken pasta, making the chicken too tough, but they nailed it here. The pasta was cooked al dente, which was just right. I also tried the fried conch, which was fresh and tasty, and the dipping sauce complemented it perfectly. The food was satisfactory, but the customer service left much to be desired. The cashier who took my order had a heavyset build and brown skin, but unfortunately, she did not seem well-equipped to interact with customers. She came off as condescending and was quite rude and impatient. I was taken aback when she snapped at me for asking her to repeat my side options; it felt like there was something off about her demeanor, especially since the loud music made it difficult to hear anything. After I received my order, she didn't say anything—no "thank you," no "goodbye," nothing at all. I won’t be making the 30-minute drive to this restaurant again; her behavior completely ruined my experience.
Small carry out spot but they do have a few tables for dine in. The food had big FLAVOR! WOW!I purchased: grilled CHICKEN PASTA dinner ... I don 't ordinarily order pasta, but I had heard about theirs and it did not disappoint! Large serving! Delicious! They also offer it with J chicken.I purchased 2 FRIED PORK CHOP dinners. Food was cooked to perfection! Green beans, Mac n cheese, candied yams were down south delicious !!! Gotta get back there!
This restaurant is amazing. I came on an early Saturday afternoon and was initially sad to learn that lunch was not served until 2:00. However my family and I got breakfast and we were so in love that we wanted to come back Monday for lunch but they are closed on Mondays. Next time we are in town we are coming. As you can see I order the same thing most times and it's always made perfectly. Conch shrimp w/ side of conch balls(extra) and Mac and cheese. Sometimes they don't have one or the other but the substitutes taste good as well. It's definitely an amazing seafood spot and I would recommend it to anybody visiting miami or just in the mood for good eats.
Tried calling in my order and phone was not answered only to arrive there and no customers were there and loud music was playing. Had to wait a while which was why I wanted to call ahead. Food was ok. Nothing spectacularFood: 3/5
The food here is consistently delicious—well-seasoned and served hot. While I didn't have high expectations for the customer service, I was still hopeful. Poochella's remains my go-to place for fried conch. Food: 5/5.

I wish I got a better before picture ! I got the tilapia with Mac n Cheese, Collard Greens, and Crab Rice. It was really good ! Would definitely come back again
