This review is the one you need: 1. The queue was 1hr 10 mins on a Saturday at 7pm, not bad in my eyes for a hyped restaurant. It was -2 outside when we queued up so glad I was wearing a fat coat. The queue runs along the river so it will get chilly so make sure you 're warm if visiting in the winter. When we got to the front, the manager moved us under the tables with the heated lamps which was lovely. The food was mostly worth the wait. All in all, not too bad. I was expecting way worse. 6/10 2. Tough call but only 4 stars. A bit overpriced since nothing comes with sides. A huge queue (1hr at 5pm) but luckily if you decide to brave the cold and sit outside with heaters like we did you get seated/served in 30 instead. The £15 shrimp po boy was huge and tasty. The £20 beef rib sadly was a bit fatty and not that well spiced. Also some strange reason they pair it with a ‘philly cheese’ that’s sorta a cheese whiz ok for a cheesesteak sub but not beef rib!! Asiah the waiter/host was cool and great service from him and Charlie! Suggested they get some Old Bay for all that great seafood! The service in this place was absolutely wonderful, Isaias was extremely helpful and well attentive he was able to recommend very tasteful food as well as giving the best service no only that the place was packed he was able to control the crowd and still managed to be one of the best servers I have come across. The food was absolutely to taste the pictures don't lie. Will definitely recommend any one to come for a full American food experience. This place is an absolute gem of a place. The surf and turf is crazy amazing. I love the soft shell crab. If only they give you more of it. It’s beyond tasty. The Cajun mayo is the best sauce hands down. The wait staff are lovely and friendly. Best place for fast fried food ever. Service was fast and friendly. The array of snacks/sides that we ordered were all great, with my particular favorite being the bbq beef brisket donut. I’d recommend visiting outside of peak hours like we did, as you’ll avoid the inevitable queue. Food wasn't amazing. Feel like its only really popular due to tiktok. Service was okay ish. Food took ages to come and we wasn't given any cutlery even though we asked more then once. As long as you ignore cocktails , don’t try them seriously all good .. delicious food , great concept , friendly staff but cocktails you could get served whiskey sour as a mix of southern comfort in Fanta can mixed with Fanta , yeah no joke . and could be expensive than proper whiskey sour .. Delicious food, had so much that we had enough leftovers to fill two small takeaway boxes. Great value for money, only annoying thing is there was a 45 minute queue outside.
