Bland food, small portions, the service is monotone and they look scared to be in there with current restrictions. Everyone sitting down has no masks on, yet he rejects customers for takeaway for not wearing a mask, even though they say they can’t wear one! He asks for their health history or proof! They don’t want customers in their cafe at the moment it seems and if you do go be prepared to wait some time next to lots of people not wearing masks as they have shut half of the tables! Ridiculous they have gone mad here!
We set down and ordered breakfast I eat one piece of Bacon as I was eating there was a big black hair on my food I bring it back to his attention and the response I got was violent it was a full plate of food and I told him that I did not want it and he was starting to get angry and tightening his fists I felt really intimidated And then told me to get out of his Caffe and don’t bother coming back he did not need my custom so if you like hairy food go to Pop in you will get everything you need Not happy at all
My first visit and was lucky to get the last table by the door that does not shut properly. Super service but more of that later. Top value Shepherd’s pie, peas, chips and gravy. Lovely child friendly atmosphere and so to my last point. I paid at the counter and offered to tip for exceptional service. No Can Do /Computer says No. So sorry no tip for the efficient service, as I no longer carry cash. I just hope the staff get something extra from the owners who are doing quite well judging by how busy it was!
I have been visiting this restaurant for some time now. I have brought my girlfriend, friends, and family (before lockdown) and everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. It seems like the same staff have been working there for years. I always enjoy my visits to the Pop Inn and would definitely recommend it to others. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Today, I visited Pop-In Cafe for breakfast. I had a baguette with ham, bacon, cheese, and mayo. For dessert, I indulged in apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Both dishes were incredibly delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying them out! - Apostolos
Very overpriced for a cafe. 2 sandwiches and two drinks came to £18.50 it’s a greedy builders cafe so usually I would only spend about £10-£12 on other places Good seating and always busy but if your stuck for money and fancy a treat, go elsewhere
Great little cafe... service was good..food was good.. price was good. If you want posh nosh this is not the place for you.. only disappointment sausages were pretty much meat free.. upgrade them and it will be 5 stars.
