I'm so fed up with visiting this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location and being treated disrespectfully by the staff. The employees here act very unprofessional, almost like wannabe tough guys. Honestly, it might be better if the owners just shut this place down. The service is awful, even by local standards. They refuse to prepare certain menu items once they run out, even though the restaurant remains open for hours. First time visiting this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and I’m happy to say I was impressed. I ordered a 5-piece chicken strips combo with fries and a drink, along with a strawberry lemonade crush and a cinnamon apple pie. I hadn’t eaten all day, and it was dark outside. They told me it would take about 5 minutes, which I thought was great for fresh, hot chicken strips. Everything was just fine, and I really enjoyed the meal. It was lightly raining, so I sat in my car and listened to my latest audiobook by Susta S. Tyson. The service was good, and the food was delicious.

Every February, Popeyes brings back their fish sandwich and shrimp tackle box as a limited-time offer for $6.99. This promotion is available both in-store and online throughout California, but not at this location. When I inquired about the $6.99 shrimp tackle box, the staff insisted that it was only available online, which is not true. I reached out to Popeyes corporate, and they confirmed that the deal is indeed accessible in-store and online for 30 days. I think the owner should make sure the employees are aware of this promotion.

The fries were cold and not cooked thoroughly, and they were carelessly thrown into a bag without any proper packaging. The fish was good and fresh, but the bun wasn't toasted. The manager was unfriendly and appeared overly focused on cost-cutting; she could certainly benefit from additional training. I don't eat the sauce that came with the burger, and I found it frustrating that they wanted to charge me extra for a different one!
If i can give 0 stars i would. First of all bad customers service the lady with glasses linda is the name was being rude to customers (us) and her workers. Place don’t even look clean and lets not talk about the moldy and filthy fountain drink. Had to get a refund back before we get sick.
Staff seemed overwhelmed or unconcerned, with one taking their break by the register. Place is a mess and only earned a passing score, and it just tastes like spicier KFC. Flies EVERYWHERE. Real dingy vibes.
The chicken was served cold. I saw a staff member cleaning and then coming back to the counter without washing their hands, which seemed very unhygienic. Overall, the restaurant was quite dirty.
