This establishment needs to be closed! The Chef remarks was that he only has chicken and some shrimp.1) I ordered online and waited an hour to arrive but when I got there was when my order started . I ordered the surf and turf and the cashier/ server asked the chef if they had shrimp. He replied let me check and started it and said it will take 10 mins. He then said they have no tenders , fish sandwich nothing so only chicken is cooked here .2) the server is the cashier so can you imagine if she has more than one person ? In my case I was the only person and I was there 20 mins after placing a online order .3)no tenders at all I had to switch out for 2 pieces of chicken.This place is running...
I had a great experience at this restaurant; the food was excellent. However, the customer service could use some improvement, as the cashier was not very knowledgeable about the menu. Despite that, I truly enjoyed my meal and plan to return soon.
0 stars. Ordered through uber eats. Almost all my food was missing including drinks and condiments that I paid for. The food I did get was cold and incorrect. Will not buy food from here again! I suggest you don't either.
Very poor customer service, store not closing for a next 2 hours and there is nothing there to buy. Worker talking on cell phone not listening to the order. Giving wrong food. Overall a very bad customer service?

The menu doesn't allow customers to customize their orders as they wish. I wanted to have chicken wings with Slavic-style fries, but I couldn't figure out how to place that order!
popeyes on the earth. I just popeyes I know that this is running out of the boom. each order is a 20 minute waiting. stay away, just go to deli or another popeyes.
Do not eat at this Popeyes unless you want burnt food mixed in with your mac and cheese. Spending $40 to eat there and not enjoying the meal is just ridiculous.
The staff here are quite decent and seem eager to serve you efficiently. As for the food, I would rate it a 3 out of 5.

Electronic payment machine wasn't working. The food was old. Not fresh at all. And the customer service is not good
