My experience at Popeyes was disappointing. The staff were rude, and the food did not live up to my expectations. I had to wait a long time while being asked to place my order four separate times. Each time I tried to order from the menu, the staff interrupted me and told me to wait, which was very frustrating. It took almost 10 minutes to complete my order. When I received my change, it was dropped on the floor, and the staff ignored it, closing the window as if it were my responsibility. Overall, the service was unprofessional and the visit was unsatisfactory.
If I could leave negative stars I would!! We are visiting family from out of town and thought Popeyes would be safe. They didn?t have anything?no shrimp, chicken strips, cole slaw, wings, chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with no gravy. On top of that, they were rude!!!! Once I ordered and checked my food, there were pieces missing from my order. There was apparently a 20min wait for wings that I wasn?t told about so they just put whatever they wanted in the box. This place is horrible, I don?t know how they are still open.
Really disgusted with the whole experience. First of all, there was only one entrance so I had to walk around entire building. Secondly, the digital menu was broken so I couldn't see the prices or what to order. Cashier had no gumption about herself andlastly, THE DRINK MACHINE WAS BROKEN. So that's how I felt when leaving, broken. That's the kind of service we get on the northside by these franchise companies, they really don't care about giving black people great service. Sad!!!
I've visited numerous fast food restaurants, but Popeyes is the only one that insists customers keep exchanging money because they say they don’t have change. No other places, not even churches, rallies, or Burger King, do this. This is a significant issue and really shouldn't be tolerated! The Popeyes menu is great, but this problem overshadows the experience.

I want to say this place suffers from PLS (poor location syndrome), but it seems that all of the area's Popeyes restaurants has some pretty shoddy service overall, and their food never seems to come out the door fresh. It's always like it's been sitting under the light, just waiting the last 20 minutes for you to show up!
I had a very disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant. They frequently ran out of the items I wanted, and during my visit, I was told that everyone was on break and they weren't taking orders. To top it off, my order was often wrong. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating there!
I usually travel a good distance to visit the Popeyes in St. Louis since there isn't one close to my home. I really enjoy this location, but if you're coming from afar, make sure to carefully check your order to avoid any need to go back.
One of the worst fast food places to visit for eating. They are often out of things I want. also told me they were all on break and wasn't taking any orders. Orders are often wrong. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there !!!!

The drive-thru experience was quite chaotic. The menu was not well-lit, making it difficult to see the options. The workers seemed irritated, but it's not my fault that the menu board was malfunctioning!
