Food was good. Staff was horrible!! I waited at the register for at least 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. There was someone counting money at the register that didn 't even look up at me to say anything. Not a hello, we 'll be right with you,nothing. Then she walked away and another girl came to the register. Also didn 't acknowledge me. The manager came over and triedto help one of his employees punch in, and he didn 't acknowledge me. Finally the second girl that came to the register asked hermanager if I had been helped and he said, I don 't know . So she came and took my order. Arrived at dinner time on a Sunday evening there was a short line in the lobby (3 people) which was expected. The incompetent guy taking orders has no knowledge of the menu when he was only taking orders. The woman filling orders was only filling orders for the drive through. It's not a good sign when the customers do more instructing of how to fill orders than the crew. No clue if there was a manager on site. Food was being made was good. I am willing to wait a little bit if I know there are customers ahead of me but waiting a half hour for what should have been 5-7 minutes shows how much the customer service sucks here.
I love the sandwiches here, but I was disappointed to find out they were out of chicken sandwiches and only had spicy ones available, and this was just 30 minutes before they were set to close early. This was the third location I visited that had the same issue. I understand that the chicken sandwich is popular, but it's hard to believe that three different stores would run out six times in one week. We visited the same store twice and two different locations throughout the week, and it seems unreasonable to think they wouldn't have enough inventory given the demand.
My visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was very disappointing. The chicken was almost raw, and the fries were cold. My entire order was incorrect. Considering this is Popeyes, I expected better, but everything was undercooked and unappealing. After just two bites, I saw the chicken was pink, and the unpleasant taste made me discard the rest of my meal. While Popeyes is known for mediocre service, the food is usually acceptable. This time, both the service and food were awful. If these issues aren't resolved, they could have serious repercussions.

Parking at the establishment we could see the bad signs. Garbage everywhere, beverage spills by the entrance, dumpster overflowing. The entrance glass doors haven’t been cleaned for days. The inside was just as bad. Dirty tables, greasy floors and seats. Food particles everywhere. If the dining area and the outside perimeter is filthy I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. Took my family and ran. We’ve never been in to a Popeyes. Looks like we won’t be going anytime soon.
The customer service was awful. Our order was incorrect, and the manager was distracted on her phone, laughing instead of addressing the problem. The bite-sized chicken pieces were dry and unappetizing. The soda fountain was completely out of drinks. It seemed like the staff had been helping themselves to the supplies. The only good thing was that the lobby was open. I will not be returning to this location and plan to contact General Manager Tony Eiland.
Employee that attended me was very pleasant food on the other had was disappointing soda machine almost made me spit my drink bread not fully toasted you guys got to fix it or bring back the separate fill up line atmosphere in the place was okay I didn't like their was someone vaping in the corner overall score 3/10. Never had an order be so messed up. Ordered the 2 piece meal which is supposed to come with a biscuit. Didn't get the biscuit. Asked for Cajun fries and got rice. Asked for spicy chicken and got old regular chicken. Asked for a coke and surprisingly got a coke, but only filled halfway. Then they almost didn't give me my card back, hopefully an honest mistake. Just wow.

I was invited to a physical altercation by the manager 12/27/25 around noon. I declined knowing the repercussions. I was verbally abused and will never return to dine there. Not worth my freedom and wellbeing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
