I believe the person in the back is the manager. I didn't want to create an awkward moment by taking a photo of him, though I doubt he would mind, haha. He is an excellent representative of your customer service team. I've visited at least ten times in the past two months, and every interaction with him has been consistently outstanding. He goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcomed, which makes me excited to come back. If his level of customer service could be replicated throughout your establishment, it absolutely should be. Thank you—I will definitely be returning!
The food at this restaurant can be inconsistent. It seems like the management changes frequently, or perhaps there are just too many managers involved. They're often overcharging beyond what's stated on the coupons and tend to blame it on the register, which is frustrating. The red beans and rice is not great about 90% of the time; however, when it is prepared correctly, it's fantastic. The chicken is delicious about 75% of the time, but the coleslaw can be sour half of the time. When the food is good, it really takes me back to Mardi Gras back home, and I just love that Popeyes chicken!
First time actually getting food at a Popeye's (see my other reviews for why that makes sense) and food was actually decent. Location is literally part of the gas station, so it kinda has that interstate truck stop vibe. Staff was pleasant and answered all our noobie questions. Got the deal with 3 pieces of boneless chicken with 2 sides a biscuit. Chicken was acceptable, not as good as other places but good. Mac cheese is worth the extra 50 cents. Coleslaw was good as well. Biscuit was buttery and not crazy dry. Will definitely come back or maybe try a different location next time.
The food was fantastic! The chicken portions were generous and actually contained meat, unlike many places that load up on breading. The only downside was that the fries were cold; however, I simply popped them in the air fryer for three minutes, and they came out perfectly.
I highly recommend this place, especially if you can snag the online deals. It's definitely worth it! I’ve spent the same amount at McDonald's before and had a much worse experience.

The chicken strips were so thin that it felt like I was mainly eating fried breading. I spoke with a guy named Pedro and requested some chicken strips that actually had meat on them. He told me that's how they come, and there was nothing he could do about it. The food quality was disappointing, and the customer service was lacking. The reviews are clearly a reflection of this experience. Overall, Chick-fil-A offers a much better quality dining experience.
I was prepared to express my concerns about the wait time, but when I got to the counter, I saw Xavier working hard to complete all the orders. He was hustling as quickly as he could! He was courteous, consistently using "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am" when speaking to customers, and he stayed thoughtful even during what must have been a crazy lunch rush. Thank you, Xavier!
My visit to the restaurant was disappointing. They mixed up two of my combos and I was missing chicken. I noticed that the woman sitting next to me was also having problems with her order. The staff seemed unhappy, and it felt like a group of young employees who weren't really invested in their work. This was on September 23rd, around 5 PM.
Thought I would give this place a shot again. I bought 12 wings, thru the drive thru. When I got home just down the street, wings cold all the way thru. Not wasting money here again

It's the other half of a Circle K. The blackened chicken is fantastic, and the red beans and rice are simply amazing!
