Was Monday special of 3 chicken tenders at 5.99 HST, was met with a pleasant, nice smiling young lady on this day 07/17/2023 around 12:30 P.MWe ordered 2 orders of these chicken tenders (Monday Special) at $5.99 HST and 2 Pepsis. Order was served promptly and as served hot, we ate right in the food court, chicken this day was excellent, batter (mild) was light and crunchy, cooked to perfection and was moist not stringy. Had some left over and brought home to our dog, she loved them also. Usually our chicken place to go is Mary Browns. and they have a special on Mondays of a Big Mary sandwich for $4.99 HST. Decided to go here today, as A&W had a deal on their 56 burgers, but we went with Pope...
I would love to give this place a 5 star my all time favourite place however false advertisement is not cool I come here all the time and go out of way to come to just the one spot I wanted to do the 4.99 add on for popcorn, shrimp that I do every time I come was told it’s no longer the price and it’s still posted up on the site should be accounted for and was not only thing that’s was disappointing if it’s not longer the promotion it should be changed
Ordered 2 can dine with 5 pieces of chicken to eat outside. Received 4 pieces dark, one small piece white meat and it was dry and not hot/fresh. Would not recommend the location at the Centre on Barton. This was my 2nd time receiving unsatisfying food from here. Popeyes used to be my favourite chicken place but will definitely being going to the new Mary Brown's across the street instead from now on.
Stopped off at Popeyes to grab a quick bite for lunch. Food was prepared quickly, but when I got home there was very little spicy mayo on the sandwich. There were a couple of pickles, the whole thing felt very poorly put together.The Cajun fries were fantastic though. Well spiced and delicious. It was the only saving grace from this meal.Will probably go to Mary Brown's next time.
There chicken was OK but if you like realy spicy food then you'll like this place .the service was fast but little pricey for what you get. there side orders are small for a family meal but they did taste pretty good just wish you get more in the containers. I been there twice, once at the mall and one out of town to if there was a difference and can't say I'm gonna go back.

They gave my fiancé and I raw chicken burnt biscuits. Terrible and dangerous. Stomach pain right after the first bite. Should be reported or they need a whole new staff. All this happened while manager was working…unacceptable.
