Chicken seems less seasoned that other Popeyes that I've had. I always have to ask for a Cajun Sparkle packet. On my last visit, the lobby was closed in the middle of the afternoon causing the line to be around the building and blocking the parking lot! Maybe they were short staffed. Maybe management is hard to work with. Took over 20 minutes to get an app order. Then, I had to remind him it came with a drink. He went to a basket of receipts to double check (although my order was printed right on receipt attached to my bag) I was not pleased.
Ordered a family meal through the drive thru. Wings were clearly rancid. Tasted and smelled bad. Tried to notify them by phone but got no answer. Drove back and told the manager who clearly did not care. Was offered replacement pieces, however I just wanted reassurance they would check what was on the shelf to prevent somebody else. She made it clear she did not believe me and refused to check the chicken I brought back. Attempted to notify corporate thru the website and received no response.
I find it completely ridiculous that I ordered online and still had to wait in a drive-thru line that was a mile long. The hours posted indicate that the restaurant is open, yet the employees locked the doors and made us wait. I will never return to this poorly managed Popeyes. Instead, I'll just go to KFC, where I can get in and out in two minutes without any hassle. Plus, they always seem to ignore you at the door here.
When my food finally arrived, a staff member brought it out, but it wasn’t what I had ordered. I went back with her to request a refund, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. It's hard to believe that the staff doesn't know how to treat customers properly. I had a disappointing experience at Prawan. It felt like they had only set things up initially, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting. I’d much prefer going to Homewood instead! Additionally, the staff member with the lash extensions needs to improve her work attitude; if she doesn’t enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant, then maybe she shouldn’t be there at all.
Service poor. It was 9:20 pm. It says they close at 10pm. But lights already off and inside closed. Tried to order chicken but would have to wait over 35 minutes since they have to still cook them. But they close at 10:00 so they couldn't do it. Why not close at 9 pm then . Why stay open for another 35 minutes just to refuse people service.
I usually don't find myself in this area (I was taking my mother-in-law to a doctor's appointment), but I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. It's been a while since I've had Popeyes, and I found the food to be hot and the service to be prompt. I'll definitely return to this location when I'm in the area again!
I'm not sure if management changed or new owners, but we stopped in today and everything was perfect. The staff were nice, friendly attentive, chicken was hot fresh. The service was good. Like many places nowadays, it was drive-thru only. After placing our order, we were informed that there were no mild drumsticks available. They asked if we would prefer spicy or if we wanted to wait for more mild ones. We chose to wait. When our order was ready, they brought it to our car.
