Food: 3/5 The fried chicken was tasty, and the Cajun fries had a good kick, making them a highlight of the meal. Service: 3/5 The service was average, no major complaints but nothing outstanding either. Atmosphere: 2/5 The dining atmosphere wasn't particularly inviting; it's more of a grab-and-go place. Overall, I’d recommend trying the fried chicken and Cajun fries if you stop by.
Ordered the new shrimp, excited they actually had it. Got home from my lunch break only to see hard over cooked chicken nuggets. I went back to the restaurant only to be ignored. I was very nice trying to explain that I had to drive back only to be told OK so they messed up slapped the food on the counter and walked away. Very poor customer service. And the shrimp were cold not worth it.
I visited this Popeyes at 11 AM and was extremely disappointed. It took 30 minutes to receive my chicken sandwich, only to find that my order was incorrect. To make matters worse, customers who arrived after me received their food before I did. I highly recommend choosing a different Popeyes location, as this one offers poor service and a subpar experience.
I can't recommend this place. The service is consistently bad. If it weren't for my son, I wouldn't have returned, and now I'm certain I won't be back. The food is awful—tastes like it's been cooked in old oil over and over again. Overall, I would rate it 1 out of 5. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This place has the best mac and cheese made with real cheese! It’s a world apart from the mac and cheese at Popeyes in Jersey Garden Mall, which is just watery and gross. I can't believe they charge so much for that! It's an outlet mall, after all!
ordered 5 pieces box. spicy huh was terrible at the site terrill rd. the coating was not crispy. under the coating were fatty layers. very fat. chicken parts were questionable. 3 legs, no wings, a back and a top leg were obtained. not back.
very long lines in the running gear thru, closed for customers to get inside, online order made incorrect. only positiw - the young lady in the window was very friendly and polite despite the long line.

it's good, but they missed my order and gave me the wrong pieces I ordered, and they had no sauces at all except a kind that tasted like crabs.
