The dining room hours weren't clearly posted, and they need to address that. I waited in line for over half an hour, and after five minutes of silence at the menu box with no one acknowledging me, I decided to go ahead and place my order on the app. When I reached the window, however, I was told there was no order under my name. The manager was quite rude, and when I finally received my order of Cajun fries and eight sweet heat sauces, I asked if all the sauces were included. He assured me they were. The service was disappointing as the staff was unable to explain any menu items. They didn’t inquire about side options, and the overall demeanor was quite lacking in personality. It feels as though you need to know exactly what you want in detail before approaching the counter, as the staff seems focused solely on taking orders and processing payments. It’s unfortunate that there’s no sense of warmth or hospitality—just a curt “What do you want?”
I visited Popeyes to try their famous chicken sandwich, and it did not disappoint! The bread was sweet and wonderfully fluffy, while the chicken was juicy and crispy. The sauce was fantastic, and the pickles complemented everything perfectly. I have to say, Popeyes hit it out of the park with this one!
The fries were incredibly soggy, and all the chicken sandwiches contained a small, dry piece of chicken. The wing was mostly bone with hardly any meat. The food looked like it was old leftovers, and my family was very disappointed given how much we paid for it.

We just recently went there to get chicken sandwiches and unfortunately they didn’t have any available but the lady behind the counter made it work even when it looked like they were pretty low staffed while there was people in the drive through also.
I really enjoyed the chicken and Cajun fries. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the dining area was spotless. Although they were out of ice in the machine, the soda was served very cold, so it wasn't a big problem.
Chicken was cooked to perfection and Mac and cheese was really good, very cheesy. Food was quick and seemed like straight out of the fryer. Great meal.
Great value for the price, and the frozen strawberry lemonade was incredibly refreshing! It complemented the spicy chicken perfectly.

The chicken tenders were incredibly thin, resembling pieces of jerky. They were quite disappointing.
They never seem to care about their customers. The staff are the worst I've ever encountered.
