The management is terrible you can't talk to your employees like they do. There is no training what so ever you you can't get mad at or cuss out an employee because they are slow you have to train them not just let them start by themselves it's ridiculous. The manager there can't say a name is so rude down grading cussing all the time and degrading the employees that never was trained that's not right at all. I've been a manager not at a Popeyes but you have got to train the employees alot better this is why nobody wants to stay there and the people that wanna stay and are good workers needs training and respect and not talked down to. I would not wanna stay either in a work place like this...
popeyes has been our g-to-place for huh for a few years. I don't know what causes their decline at this time, but they lose our business. I don't care that the dining room is closed as I can pick it up, but the chicken pieces are half the size they were a year ago. where an increase in price is necessary to obtain quality, it shall be: but the quality is gone. the employees work very hard, are friendly and efficient.
I waited in line for my drive-thru order, and it seemed like they were training a new employee since the wait took longer than usual. Unfortunately, there were no apologies offered at the window. The person at the window was very polite and friendly, but my order was incorrect, and I didn’t receive what I had requested. However, the food itself was delicious. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5 out of 5.
every time. I speak every time I visit this place - they can't get the order right?! it does not play any role when they go through the drive thru or when they eat. I am convinced that it is their way to earn money. and on a long time they will go out of business because this is only where restaurants are anyway. a lot of luck for everyone who dares to eat!

Absolutely delicious Macaroni and Cheese! I get really frustrated when I order or buy mac and cheese that doesn't meet expectations, but there were no issues here at Popeyes. The rest of our meal was fantastic as well! Their mashed potatoes are incredible, and the coleslaw is excellent too. Oh, and let's not forget their amazing chicken!
Make sure you go through every single item BEFORE you leave their store even when you go inside because they like to leave stuff out. They failed to give me one of my red beans rice which meant some people in my family did not get to eat a side item with their chicken. So disappointing.
"What happened to your staff? An older woman refused to give me my order and tried to make me drive in circles again. This is terrible customer service! She yelled at me and forced me to go around the circle again, even though I was polite and just wanted to pick up my order!"
I stopped by the restaurant on Thursday and was reminded just how busy they can get because of their special deal that day. Despite the crowd, the staff were quick, efficient, and friendly—definitely better service than what you’d find at most fast food places.

I love Popeyes, but it seems like the 70th and Pioneers location can not get an order right to save their lives. Also the food that I did get (wrong order) was cold last time. Kind of disappointing...
The meal itself was good but idk about the employee who handle the food, he was scratching himself and boxing the food without gloves on.
