At the second location, I was able to place my order, but when I asked to add some tenders, the cashier told me they were out. I didn’t think much of it, even though I noticed some tenders on the warming rack. Then, to my surprise, I saw her box up six tenders and call them out. Confused, I asked if they were really out of tenders, and she said, “Well, if you order online, we have to make it.” What? This is exactly why I avoid Popeyes.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I found I had received ghost pepper chicken wings instead of the wings I ordered. When I called to complain, they offered me a $20 discount on my next order. No thanks! I just learned a costly $50 lesson on why I should...
Even through the delivery, the ambiance felt inviting and vibrant, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. It's clear that they invest considerable effort into crafting an enjoyable dining experience.
I highly recommend trying the 4 Sandwich Family Feast. Each sandwich was not only delicious but also generously sized, making it perfect for sharing. Overall, it was a memorable meal that I would definitely order from again!

I would rate the food 1/5, the service 1/5, and the atmosphere 1/5. The famous Chicken Sandwich is a recommended item on the menu. There is a free parking lot available, but spaces are hard to come by.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, with excellent staff. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. Both the food and service received a perfect score of 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also top-notch. I highly recommend trying their famous chicken sandwich!

My experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was quite disappointing. I ordered chicken pieces but only got 11, and one of them still had a bone. The service was extremely slow—I waited an hour and a half for my meal, which was very frustrating. The atmosphere wasn’t appealing either. Overall, it was an unpleasant dining experience.
The service is incredibly slow; I've been waiting nearly 30 minutes for my 5-piece meal with 2 sides, and there are only two people in front of me. It's hard to believe. Additionally, the woman with the blonde ponytail is rather rude.
