"We were seated and ordered two meals, but after 3 minutes, we had to get up and wait for our food. We ended up waiting about 35 minutes, but during that time, the staff checked on us frequently and offered to bring out the wings faster, although they wouldn’t be spicy. I assured them that I didn’t mind the wait. About 10 minutes later, they returned with a selection of complimentary items, including an extra mac and cheese and some cakes as a gesture for our patience. Overall, the customer service was very good."
