Food was ready in a real time. It wasn't very hot or fresh. The biggest complaint is customer service. I put my order online. When I entered and went to the register. I said hello and the employee just looked at me. I stood there when everyone worked there, just walked by and did everything else. Nobody welcomed me or said hello. After about 10 minutes, someone who came by several times asked what I wanted. I'll go on to Hip Hop if I want chickens in the area.
They wouldn't stand by the advertisement that said it had ended, but not even 15 minutes before my arrival the advertisement still ran on TV and on their website that pulled it on my phone and showed it) but still would not honor it. The staff tries to act as if they don't understand what you're talking about, but they don't respect, then suddenly they understand what you're talking about. Go right. Next time, I'll go to Elkton for better service.
The sandwiches were excellent, though there was one small hiccup: they missed one of my sauces, so I received two instead of three. Aside from that, everything was flawless, which is why I deducted just one star. The chicken was full of flavor, the bread was light and airy, and the sauce was outstanding. This was likely the best Popeyes experience I've had to date.
The spicy tenders were mostly breading, with only a small amount of chicken, and I didn’t find them very spicy. I was supposed to receive two dipping sauces but only got one for my five tenders. They seem to have friendlier staff than they did before. However, check your food before you leave. I'm guessing they were out of items and instead of telling me, they just made their own substitutions (regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy and 6 cookies instead of 6 beignets) instead of asking.
This is our second attempt ordering chicken sandwiches for the family, and despite always requesting one without mayo, they keep getting it wrong. Once again, a family member ended up without a sandwich to eat. On top of that, the mac and cheese portion was only half-full.
I ordered the LIMITED TIME Surf Turf Dinner, but the chicken tenders were very thin and had more breading than chicken. There were only four shrimp, and they were almost nonexistent. I'm very disappointed and feel like I wasted my time and money.

The homestyle mac and cheese was surprisingly small for almost $5, and the wings were underwhelming, being quite greasy. Overall, spending over $20 on DoorDash was not worth it. I felt it was a waste of money.
