The food is good and hot! But the night servers are a little rude when you pick up a late night. They had no pleasant attitude and did not want to answer any questions. Also the family meal I ordered should be a mixture of chicken pieces (breast, thighs, wings and legs). I only have breasts and thighs, no wings or legs. Go early if you want a better service and get your order right. This is my second review, I just went back to this Popeyes on 23. July 2022 at about 19:00. And the driving staff was extremely rude and confused! We're not going back.

If you want better service and accurate orders, I recommend going earlier in the evening.
Poor customer service at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I went through the drive-thru to place my order, but the employee kept interrupting me after every item, repeatedly asking, "Is that it?" I never received a receipt, and my order was incorrect. If I wanted bad service, I might as well have gone to KFC. Popeyes, please improve! Also, when I left, all the staff were hanging out in the back chatting instead of working. The menu options were appealing, but the service was disappointing.
I came to this restaurant to pick up food, and I was very angry. Just now, a young man in them said to wait for more than five minutes. I went to the car and waited for 10 minutes. I went in and asked him if he was okay. I saw that my appetite was packed. Well, it's just that the drinks are not good, but he impatiently said that he has to wait for me~ I feel that the store has been changing people, so it is not professional! I ended up canceling this order

Very disappointed at THIS PARTICULAR Popeyes. The chicken legs were so small, you think they were hens'. Also, this happened twice the previous time and this last time. We asked for Buffalo sauce and we got the honey ones. The employees kept chatting with each other and did not pay attention to the customers. We waited quite awhile before we got their attention after they finished talking. Love Popeye's; just not this particular one.
I just picked up the 16-piece tenders family meal and when I got home, there were fewer than 16 pieces. On top of that, they weren’t the usual tenders—they were broken up and included their new nuggets. I tried calling, but no one answered and there was no voicemail. Very disappointed. We usually love Popeyes, but this experience was not worth the money.
The customer service at this location is really disappointing. They often mess up our order by leaving out items or miscounting. When we ask for corrections, they usually can't accommodate us. They also often run out of menu items. I recommend going to the Azusa location instead—it’s a much better experience.
The food was served hot and fresh. The chicken was delicious, and the macaroni and cheese was incredible—unlike many places, it had that perfect, crispy cheese crust on top. The biscuits were absolutely the best I've ever had. A fantastic place to come and enjoy a meal!

I will never return to this restaurant. They were out of nearly everything on the menu. To make matters worse, I was stuck behind the car in front of me for 20 minutes in a cramped drive-thru while they waited for their order. It was the worst experience I've ever had.
Always like Popeyes that it has fantastic chicken and shrimps. It is delicious attractive. Crispy outside and juicy inside . Always super clean and decorations are charming in that species setting . Very friendly staffs that nice to delivery persons.
