At the start of my drive-thru order, Elliott made me feel incredibly welcome with his warm greeting, "Welcome back to Popeyes!" It truly felt special, especially since I had just visited a Popeyes in Texas recently. He took the time to ensure my order was correct and read it back to me accurately.
