I had an excellent dine-in experience today. The manager on duty (I think her name was Andrea) was incredibly polite to both the customers and her staff. She kindly interacted with the cashier she was training and even offered a complimentary drink to a customer waiting for their food. She was very friendly to me and to the other guests who came in after me. Although I was not in my neighborhood and this visit was unexpected, I would happily return because of the wonderful staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Thank you!
Zohir provided outstanding service at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. It's been ages since I've experienced such great customer care at a fast food restaurant. I usually avoid fast food due to the poor service, but I decided to stop here because I was really hungry, which is definitely not the ideal time to visit one. Despite my reservations, Zohir treated me with dignity, respect, and kindness. Thank you!
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I placed a mobile order and inquired if it was ready. The staff member told me it would take about 5 minutes, but I ended up waiting 15 minutes before receiving my order—a chicken sandwich. It seemed like no one checked on my order until I asked again, especially since other customers who arrived after me received their orders before I did.

I ordered a 24 piece nugget. They delivered some perfectly cooked bite-size pieces of chicken that dip perfectly in the accompanying sweet heat sauce. Customer service was spot-on as well. I went during the lunchtime Rush so the food was fresh Ihope this experience was indicative of their all day service.
I asked for a family combo and the ladies there were joking. So my food was awful and cold chicken was dried and bland biscuits was hard and old.Service was horrible when I asked her for the family combo she said we don't have that kind of deals. Bad experience
Food was lukewarm, popcorn shrimp and batteries bites when it should have been butterfly shrimp basket. Chicken nuggets was not good..... mac cheese was good. Apple pie was not hot.
The cashiers are friendly, and the food is excellent. I have no complaints at all!
