I littearly waited 30 minutes for my food because the dessert i ordered wasn't ready and instead of communicating to me that it wasn't ready and that I could wait or I could substitute for something else, they just went ahead and told me nothing and mademe wait for it... while waiting their was absolutely no management their that was helping or doing any type of help to the newhire that was so very painfully obvious if not very slow person at the counter.... not only that but the floors and thingsneeded in the lobby are not stocked up or anything, I had to ask for a lid and straw, not even napkins are stocked up but Idon't care for napkins. The food is always fresh, order is always accurate, wait time is minimal. I’ve come here quite a few times and never had any issues. I’ve always placed my orders through the app and my food was ready fast, and nothing was ever missing. I highly recommend this location.
Cold food, long wait even though I ordered on mobile app. First Popeyes I ever been to that I did not enjoy the chicken. Neighborhood is really sketchy! Someone in the parking lot going to each car asking for money.
