Incompetent workers here. I order through the Popeyes mobile app on 8/13/22 and went to pick up my order. They told me they gave my order away to a DoorDash driver with somehow the same exact order as mine. I asked them to fulfill my order since they screwed up but they refuse to do so and the manager said it?s not his problem. I asked for a refund and they said I have to do it through the mobile app. They wouldn?t even do it themselves. Two mins after I walked out of the store and was sending an email to Popeyes customer service and before I sent out the email, I received an email that a refund was magically being processed. Drove to another Popeyes location to pick up my order after paying...
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The level of disrespect we encountered this evening from the so-called manager was completely unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see that others have had similar experiences with the same individual. I've never been treated so poorly by a fast food employee. I didn't do anything to deserve this. The manager essentially told me to shut up, accused me of lying, rolled his eyes, and was rude and aggressive over a minor issue that should have been easily resolved. It's honestly surprising how frequently they mess up my family's orders. Almost every time—except maybe once—something has been wrong. Unfortunately, this is the only nearby Popeyes, and when the food is good, it’s really good, which is the only reason we keep coming back. It seems like the only way to avoid issues is to be assertive, and I really don’t want to be that way! I want to have a friendly rapport with fast food workers, but this is a persistent problem! I really hope a new manager comes in because I genuinely want to enjoy this place.
Love that chicken!!! However the service was just awful. It took about 30 min just to get their advertised special. Because they did not have the breasts. If you advertise and sell me the advantage of getting the 11 pc special posted shouldn?t you be ready with the pcs that go with it? I think I saw their manager pawing 2 of the hapless helps. The wings were fantastic! Next time, I would recommend asking for the sauce on the side. I expected it to be a dip, but instead, the wings were coated in the sauce I chose. This made them less enjoyable for delivery since they lost their crunch. I'll order them differently next time, but the flavor was amazing!
Disapointed. There is spicy and regular read no spice) chicken. 2 pieces of chicken 1leg and 1thigh) small biscuit and 2 small sides. I picked coleslaw and mac and cheese). The sides are good. Chicken is okay but no favor. Oh and all the tables were dirty. This was my first time going to popeyes.
This is my third attempt at trying Popeyes, and I'm still not impressed. I think it’s time to give up. I’m giving it 2 stars solely because the Cajun fries were good. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to know how to fry chicken properly. The nuggets were soggy and lacked any crispness.

Food is fine. This location does not accept Popeye gift cards. I emailed the corporate office a week ago and have not received any answers. They just lost my business
