I've come to the conclusion that all Popeyes locations operate on their own terms. My orders are consistently inaccurate. I'm done giving them chances. Even when I visit the location in person, they still forget items or make mistakes with my order.

The driver was amazing and very friendly. However, this Popeyes location is terrible. The food was unappetizing, and my entire order was incorrect. Everything was cold, the chicken tasted old, and the biscuits were unpleasant as well.
The chicken tenders were quite small, and I was disappointed that they didn't come with mustard or even a sandwich. Overall, it was a big letdown, especially after waiting so long for my order.

The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. While I was leaving the mall, I decided to grab something for my mom's dinner.
Both Waze app and Google maps couldn't find this place. Brought us to an empty parking lot. Recommend more info
No matter when I go to this location my order is always wrong and the drive thru is 20 minutes or more in line
