I like this Popeyes, but to be honest some things that have ordered were not put into my takeout bag in which I had paid for. Not once but a few times. My suggestion is when you get your order to either check it at the window or find a parking spot andcheck to make sure you got everything you had ordered. Also make sure you got all the pieces of chicken you have ordered I hadfound pieces of chicken that didn't even look like chicken or any part of a chicken. So be careful when in doubt about a piecetake it back so you don't have to drive back. Other than that it is clean and the workers seem happy. I am giving this Popeyes 3stars would be 5 stars but until they do better at making sure order...
Horrible experience all the Hispanic Women that worked 2/22/24 are all disrespectful and very rude try serving me cold food got upset cause I wanted fresh everything didn't include my hot peppers I order with my meal told me to order again through the drive Thur window which I didn't have a car was very rude even the mana on duty the whole night crew were Hispanic women just very unprofessional an disrespectful worst experience i ever had one slammed order on counter cause she wanted me to except cold food got upset they just serve you what they want they all need to be fired very disrespectful an spiteful an rude sorry I wouldn't come late night if I was anyone didn't want to give me my hot...
I’m really impressed with how well this location is managed. When we arrived, there was a long line of cars at the drive-thru, so we opted to place a mobile pickup order inside the store. Upon entering, we were greeted by the manager, who promptly instructed her staff to prepare our order. We were in and out within five minutes. The food was fresh and delicious. There are plenty of parking spaces in this shopping center. I give it an A+!
Maudi the late night manager on 9/5 is the absolute worst! Soo disrespectful and not apologetic at all for her staff (who was in the wrong for letting me in the line after asking her for her approval which she did and then making me wait 45 mins to not takemy order). Customer service and accountability was like 10x! Poorly run and simply rude/cowardly.

I ordered two combo meals, each with side dishes. Unfortunately, they got the side order wrong on the second meal, and I had requested a large portion of beans and rice, which they forgot to include in the bag. To make matters worse, they don't answer their phone.
Staff was very nice. Chicken strips were cold and one of the six chicken strips was around 1in by 1in. I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting your food inside. There was a guy passed out with a 40oz and the clientele was a bit sketchy and that’s being nice lol.
I always have a perfect experience with drive-thru orders at this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they consistently provide extra condiments. I've been coming to this place for years and highly recommend it!
This is the second consecutive time I've been overcharged for two apple pies. I wouldn't trust these people!
