They close at 11. We came at 9:25. Asked for an order of blackened tenders and with no reason provided, they said they aren?t making any. They take 6 minutes to make easy. They just didn?t feel like making it since they were already cleaning smh. They had more than an hour till closing so there?s no excuse as to why they couldn?t make it. This is lazy employees at its finest. Not to mention, we were the ONLY ONES there at the drive thru so it was very slow. We were literally the only customers. This is not the first time this has happened.
I generally like Popeye 's, especially their popcorn shrimp meal and '2 Can Dine ' chicken combos. Of course I also like the Tuesdays specials, along with everyone else in town. Anyway, it is a fast food restaurant.. so you get what you expect as far as service ambiance. This location is no exception. I 've always found the food to be fresh and the staff to be pleasant. Being new, everything is still clean and in good condition. Location in the strip mall parking lot is easy to access and provides plenty of parking.
SLOWWW drive thru! Ordered white meat and received dark meat! Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes, it 's ridiculous to wait for food and still get the wrong products. The red beans and rice tasted off. Was told the big box and regular box were the same just no drink, it 's cheaper to add drink for 1 dollar. That was a lie, dessert didn 't come with the cheaper box like the bigger has. Stop hiring Low IQ individuals and putting them at drive thru where service should be fast and accurate ALL THE TIME. 10-21-22
Popeyes is a fantastic restaurant. One of the staff members, Ryan, was incredibly kind and helpful. He also demonstrated impressive culinary knowledge. He knew exactly how much salt to add to the 10 biscuits I ordered, which are usually a bit bland for my taste because of my high sodium tolerance. Overall, I can confidently say that all my dining expectations were exceeded!

I thought the drive thru was going to be longer, I was just happy the inside was open to go in. I was in the Inside to order and recieved food altogether 30 minutes. I order and asked for Cole slaw with my purchase and didn't receive it. I didn't notice until I got home to eat and said forget it, I'll take the lost of $5.
I love Popeyes?.but this Popeyes is just poor service I placed a mobile order then received a message that my order was ready for pickup then waited at the restaurant for 20 minutes for my order. Their tea isn?t even labeled it?s a plain metal container with a tab on the spout that says ?unsweetened??.FYI it?s sweet tea.
I visited the restaurant at 11 o'clock, and unfortunately, my chicken was undercooked. I attempted to call and let them know, but the phone number seems to be linked to someone's home phone instead. Thankfully, I live nearby, so I was able to go back, and they replaced the chicken for me.
This is the worst location I have ever encountered. The management and customer service are terrible. The wait times, both inside and at the drive-thru, are absurd. I make it a point to avoid this place and instead drive to the Crofton location, which is 10 minutes out of my way.

Somebody in there got red hair and need to put it up in a hairnet because it was inside one of my chicken tenders I got yesterday. It was inside of the batter like that’s nasty.
Great food and service, the only issue is the wait time in the drive through was over 25 minutes.
