I am updating my review from one star to four stars. I was craving popcorn shrimp and red beans and rice, so I decided to give Popeyes another chance, and the service was great. The man was very professional, the woman was very friendly, and they were extremely diligent in ensuring my order was correct. Thank you both so much. It's nice to be able to dine at this location again since it is the closest to my house. In the past, the staff had zero customer service skills and lacked professionalism. One of the doors was broken, and the zip tie holding it open had slipped, locking it again. The drive-thru was out of order, so I had to go inside, but the door was locked. The indoor area of the restaurant has been closed due to Covid. The service is always slow, but the food is good. The only option is to order through mobile order pickup or the drive-thru. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, they tell you to come inside. Despite people in the drive-thru receiving their food promptly, there is no communication or acknowledgement of pickup orders inside. Many to-go orders are left sitting on the shelf. Finally, after 50 minutes, the food is ready.
Ordered the 24 pieces wings . Half order of the garlic/bbq. The wings had just the right touch of heat but I was disappointed in the size and presentation of the wings. Very little sauce was on the wings and the wings was cooked extremely hard. Pieces looked more like nuggets instead of wings.
This was the first time ever since I've been ordering food from this location that they actually got my order right along with it being fresh and hot. I only marked the service down by 2 stars because I had to wait 15mins for a hot apple pie. Hopefully they keep up the good work.

I had the worst service ever at a Popeyes in my life. The lady working at the window was very rude and mean for no reason. It seemed like everyone else was having a good day except for her. The service was just terrible.
Always a great crunch, and flavor. The only expectation is that it takes a couple minutes longer than you typically expect from other fast food restaurants in the area.
The mashed potatoes were good, but the chicken breast was dried out and inedible. I would not recommend this dish to anyone.
This Popeyes is the slowest, dirtiest, and has the worst customer service. I hate that this is the closest one to me.
