Hello so I order here through the mobile app and like I got like 3 whole tenders and it was a 5 piece like the other two where bread it kind of annoying when I pay for some thing and don't get what I want everything else was good but like it was a anoyance pls like start like ethier draining the breading before it but to cook because it makes it look like there's chicken and there's not
My order was very simple but somehow they got it wrong. When I complained about it, I just got am attitude with no apology. The staff was rude and the place was dirty. Everything was dirty. I actually had to get disinfecting wipes out of car to clean the table. We were in rush n starving only reason why I didnt make it into big deal while there. But I cam sure say NEVER AGAIN!
I placed a simple order for chicken nuggets with fries and a chicken sandwich with fries. Without checking my order, I innocently went home. To my surprise, the fries were missing from both meals. I tried calling but received no answer. The restaurant was not busy, so it is difficult to understand why they completely forgot to include the fries in half of my order.
The Worst service ever from staff there so rude and dry to the customers..!! And they charge whatever they feel like not like the price that’s showing and the signs behind..!!!!! I go there once or twice a week and every time I go there it’s different price and it’s different by 5 to 7 dollars every time I go there and I order the same thing every time..!!!! The restaurant is conveniently located with easy access to parking from a busy road. The interior is spacious, clean, and has a lively atmosphere. The staff were polite, attentive, and well groomed. The food was standard for Popeyes, but preparation took longer than usual, causing a slight deduction in rating.
I went to the restaurant at 10:05, even though they close at 11. They only gave me 4 chicken strips and a cookie, as they were closing. This is unacceptable and incredible. If it says they close at 11, they should still be serving at 11.
Ordered online for pickup up. Plain chicken sandwich, and when I arrived at home I then realized that it had mayo in it. Called the restaurant 7 times. Nobody answered. And because of that, they are getting one star.
Very good Popeyes. They always have spicy chicken and it's been really good, every time I go. They are quick and organized. They usually have a special going, of some kind. Worth the drive across town. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
