If the manager is there, the food and service is great. If he’s not, you’re lucky if they get your order correct. And they’re VERY stingy on the sauce charge for each extra sauce you get. They act like it’s coming out of their check as stingy as they are.
This Popeyes here on Western and 120th is the best one I have been to. Never a long wait. The food is always fresh and the staff is the best in the industry. Kind and courteous and what customer service with a smile should be.
