THE CHICKEN SANDWICH, worth it?I had to go and try the chicken sandwich that has received so much attention in the USA. I had very high hopes and expectations, considering all the hype the sandwich has received. Unfortunately it didn't live up to it's reputation as the best fast food chicken sandwich. I'm not saying it was bad, it was a really good sandwich, but not good enough to take the title as the best. I felt the chicken was a little under seasoned, the chicken to sauce ratio was off not enough sauce . I have pre-ordered and prepaid a charge for 6 breasts to be part of my 20 pieces order, as my 92-year old vater white meat preferred and it was his father's day dinner. we waited for 20 minutes to pick up as it was not ready as promised. manager promised to check recorded tapes regarding the packaging of chicken pieces, then never called back. I told her I made photos of what we get back they stole my charge, because we don't have the boobs or the answer, as promised to make it right. He was just okay. it was lost only 7.00 on a price of 63.00 for 20 pieces with cookies, but its lack of integrity. I do not recommend them at all, as I have more than 1 lie in our business. The poor young girl in training made several mistakes with our order, all of which we had no problem with and told her not to worry. However, her manager or trainer Paige took over and instead of asking what was wrong, attempted to tell us the we had ordered wrong. Once we straightened it all out, we waited almost 25min for our food, only to be missing an order of fries and a strawberry cheesecake. I went back and asked for both and was told we hadn’t ordered them. Paige even tried to find our receipt, I’m assuming to argue, but eventually said she must of threw it out and finally gave us the rest of our meal. We will never go back again. Poor customer service!
I had one of the worst dining experiences today. I stopped for lunch on my way to work and ordered a combo meal that seemed appealing. The server gave an enthusiastic sales pitch to the woman in front of me, and it convinced me to try the more expensive dish, which was advertised as having a better cut of meat and being more tender. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, but the service was quite slow, even though we were the only customers at the time. Additionally, the only way to access the restaurant on foot is through the drive-thru, which is a poorly designed feature for a restaurant. We also encountered several mistakes in our order, including items that were completely missing.
When I feel like indulging myself without spending too much, I hit up the drive thru and am rarely unsatisfied. Even if I have to wait, if they say it will be 6 minutes, its almost exactly 6 minutes. Could use a better speaker box, but other then that, great experience, always kind staff.
Fast food should be good fast. They were very disorganized the last couple visits. They made us wait 20 minutes for chicken! It's their specialty!! Then forgot the fries ? too ? ? Please do better. Was so ? when Popeyes opened here. Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm this year.

Absolutely terrible. Had the Flounder fish sandwich it was so greasy and did not taste good at all. The new wild berry beignet were under cooked and tasted like greasy soggy dough. Will definitely not eat there again.
