Beyond disgusted!!! I ordered fries with the chicken tenders for my kids, instead I got OLD Mac n cheese. I called to report their mistake, instead the manager argued with me unprofessionally. When I returned to the location, She decided to ignore me till she was ready to address the issue instead of trying to fix their lazy mistake. I asked if she would eat this or serve this to her kids, with no reply she threw fries on the counter and ignored the question. This franchise usually serves delicious food, but my experience at this location was disappointing. They really need to have someone on the floor, whether it's a manager (if they have a competent one) or a staff member to check on everyone's orders. I specifically requested no ice in my tea, and yet it came with ice. I also ordered regular rice and beans, but they didn't even make it into my bag. I’m glad I checked before leaving. Ordered online 10 minutes before I reach the restaurant. Waited in the drive through line for another 10 minutes. After rudely being cut off at the speaker by whoever was working the speaker before I could even finish my sentence and waiting another 5 minutes there before being spoken to again. I then pull to the window to be told I have to wait 10 more minutes for the order I placed nearly 20 minutes ago at this point because it?s not ready. What?s the point in ordering ahead if it takes longer than just ordering normally? I don?t understand. Will not return.
Third visit to drive thru. As usual, out of items, today, no Diet Coke, no regular tenders, only spicy. Ordered their nuggets, very, very greasy. Chicken sandwiches (2) had old chicken, tough as shoe leather. Two orders of popcorn shrimp, both cold and old, like maybe cooked yesterday. No moisture at all in the shrimp. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon, so really all good should have been cooked to order. Oh well, lesson learned, this Popeyes is never getting my business again. Waste of lunch for my grandchildren. This location is absolutely ridiculous. I place an order for this location the employees ask to see so I show them and then they hit buttons on my phone while it?s still in my hand and sent my order to a different location and then told me ? I?m sorry we can?t do anything we don?t even know how to use the app.? I call the manager Nancy and she is absolutely no help and then says it?s not her employees fault but yet she said she has told them not to touch peoples phone. I highly recommend using a different location.
I went through the way. the participant was professional and nice. the food was great, my problems were when I came home, there was no soaking for the garnels or condument for the bisque. I was charged $1.20 for a drink that came to my meal and then calculated the tax on the drink. there is no excuse for it, and management does not make her job. I would have given them a 5 stars, but because of the avoidable problems about it, I am less likely back.
The spicy chicken sandwich did not meet my expectations. The chicken piece was quite small, leaving one side mostly crunchy. The red beans and rice were not filled to the top, as if they were missing several spoonfuls. Additionally, they did not provide a receipt. Overall, I'm very disappointed with my experience.

The rice had an off taste and an odd smell. However, the chicken was fresh, and the young cashier was very friendly. They could improve some of the drinks, as they lacked flavor.
