I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The ordering app only allows for one sauce per meal, with no option to add extras. This was already frustrating, but I ordered two meals just to get two sauces for my shrimp—and ended up with none. Despite selecting specific sauces, I didn’t receive any at all. When I tried to call the restaurant, no one answered, and the voicemail box was full. To make matters worse, this has happened to me twice while ordering through Grubhub, which indicates it’s a recurring issue they seem to ignore. I tried using the app and selecting sauces both times, but I still got nothing. They really need to improve their management and address the problems...
I got this back from work at 8:30 and order for 4 Tuesday special and paid with cashier and they said to be wait for 15 more minutes and waited until 9:10 and nobody call my order number and when I ask them they just prepare my order to put left over legs and not Tuesday special order. When I talk to Manger who he said his name Jose treat me that Do you want your money back or leave, I can 't do anything we are close. Even Manager of that store trained to treat a customer like this at Popeyes Louisiana kitchen. Keep it up management.
I visited the restaurant to take advantage of a Popeyes promotion offering 5 pieces of Signature Chicken for $9.99, but the employee informed me that the promotion was unavailable. The only choice I had was the big box. He attributed this to management's decision, stating they were instructed to only offer the big box. I decided to go with the big box, but instead of the advertised price of $5, they ended up charging me $6 plus tax! So, I wouldn't trust what they say regarding the promotions.
When I attempted to call the restaurant for help, no one picked up, and their voicemail was full. To make things even more frustrating, I encountered similar issues with my Grubhub order. It appears that this has become a recurring problem for them, and they don't seem to care about it.
They really need to hire a competent manager and let go of the ineffective staff. There is no one available to address any concerns. Overall, this place is a huge disappointment.

The food was outstanding and was served promptly. However, the cashier appeared to lack interest in his work and accidentally handed me an order meant for someone else without checking the receipt number. I only noticed this when the actual customer pointed out that it resembled his order. On a brighter note, the person in the blue shirt, whom I believe was the manager, was very courteous and helpful.

This is the cleanest Popeyes store I ever seen, spotless clean. They have a new lady manager with the beautiful smile and excellent service. Higher recommended to people that love eating chicken. I visited a restaurant this afternoon and while enjoying my chicken, I found a large worm that had been fried alongside it—possibly a tapeworm. I took several photos as proof. This Popeyes location needs to have another inspection, as this is utterly unacceptable. Please be cautious if you choose to go there.

It seems a bit dishonest. They have a big poster promoting a $6 shrimp meal, but when you try to order it, there’s a conversation in Spanish with management, and they say only the regular $11 shrimp meal is available. Then, when you order a medium drink, they give you a small cup. It’s hard to trust them.
