We ordered the 12 Piece wing combo one box had six wings and the other one had four..... does not add up to 12; the ranch dressing was forgotten. The chicken sandwich was ok but not very spicy. The cole slaw was good as was the red beans and rice. The dasher was very prompt and friendly. Kudos to him.....
I've ordered from this restaurant twice now, and both times something was missing from my order. It was either the sauce I requested or my drink was incorrect. Additionally, their chicken tends to be overcooked and ends up quite dry. They have potential to be great if they focused more on the details.
There are three locations in Fairfield, and this one isn't the closest to me. I've visited all three, and this location consistently has my order ready when they say it will be. Additionally, the service here is the best of the three.

Nothing particularly noteworthy. It was a bit dry. I ordered extra tartar sauce, but I couldn't find it or taste it at all.
