The only downside is that the staff can vary, which affects the overall experience depending on who serves you. There was one time when a guy was talking a lot, and I couldn’t make sense of what he was saying, plus he got my order wrong! But there have been other times when it was a very straightforward person, and things went smoothly. I don’t expect top-notch customer service, so I think it’s fine as long as they can communicate adequately with customers at the counter.
