This was my first time coming to Popeye's and we will definitely come back. The Elmo and Ninja turtle specialty shaved ice with whip cream and ice cream was delicious and we also bought corn in cup, which was good. I didnt mind the .50 cent charge for the use of debit, but spending over 17 bucks, in my opinion we shouldn't have been charged. I think the price is reasonable, we spent about 18 for 2 elmos, 1 ninja turtle, 2 corn in cups and 2 ice creams. We didn't have a long wait time, since there wasn't anyone in front of the drive thru. Everything made at time of order, so it's worth the wait.
been here twice since new building both times raspas are awful and over priced for no flavor tasting raspas! ugh!!! rather go to McDonald's for ice cream cone then pay 5 dollars for their ice cream I a cup. old building raspas were way better. not going back.
Best Raspas I’ve ever had in my life, some people are quick to complain about price. Haaaa I don’t care what I pay the chamoyadas there are the best I’ve ever had. I live out of town now but I always make a trip whenever I’m in town!!
very rude customer service coming from the elder lady, apparently the owner have been online for almost 20 minutes and they still can't get our order right
