Visited PGGS&C for lunch on a busy Saturday before seeing a show across the street. There was a long line of people waiting to order. But, everyone was patient and the cafe employees were really on top of things. Working hard and efficiently, while staying upbeat and friendly. We went back for ice cream several hours later and two of the same staff were still there! They must have been beat, but they were as friendly as before and continued serving customers quickly and kindly. I was so impressed! The food and ice cream were great too!
