They keep a huge dam and mill arts. the star dish is the “porcella lechona, which they themselves raise on their own farm and which is cooked in oven with oak wood. we also taste an excellent homemade paté, lamb roast and a delicious cod. everything was delicious, the price ratio is excellent, the staff of the restaurant very friendly and very professional.

The place is gorgeous ! We decided to go there for the pig . it was tasty, but a sauce was missing. maybe it is the local way to eat it We have been three families and we had a lot of chances to collect bad experiences…. The salad from the house was really really great,melon with ham delicious and child meals also. The Crème Brûlée had nothing to do with the French one , was even liquid “like a flamby from Eroski “ . the service was not the best despite of the fact that we have been the first guests, the personal was way too less to serve everybody. All in one , not too bad , but not perfect.
Delicious food that almost made me think we were back home in North America with the massive portion sizes. The quality of the food was much better and the prices were very reasonable considering the atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the hike!

Great ambience and great food. The portion sizes were decent and most of the food (including meat) came from the local farms. It’s worthwhile making a reservation prior to visiting them.
¡El mejor servicio de todo el equipo, incluidos Andrea y Fernando! La comida estuvo súper deliciosa y al final tuvimos nuestra propia creación de gin tonic con y canela! ¡Sensacional!
Exquisito!! La porcella ha vuelto a ser la que era!! Los postres inmejorables!!! Suelo ir a menudo y disfruto del ambiente y del personal!! Un 10!!!
I was sadly closed when I was. I parked because I loved the place that is on the edge of the road that goes to canyamel.

Está torre es increíble por su situación e historia. Una curiosidad muy recomendable.
