I have always loved their bagels. Their staff is great too. But, to this day, they still have not opened up bathrooms or indoor seating. It is July 2021! They apparently think that this serves the public and until they reverse this ridiculous policy and realize how wrong this is…I will start writing one star reviews….UPDATE….Owner listened and changed. That’s great. Unfortunate it took a review to make it happen (since employees had been relaying my and other customer feedback for months). But, better late than never. Great bagels and great employees. Back to 5 star.
I made a large order for an office party. I ordered it 24 hours in advance. The customer service was great. She gave good advice for combining the bagel flavors with the sandwiches and spreads. The workers had the order ready on time. The bagels and ingredients were fresh. It was very reasonably priced. I will come back here again whenever I am responsible for picking up an office order for food. My coworkers were very happy with the selection I brought. They had good things to say about the food. No complaints.
Been going to this place for years, but today will be my last time. The service has gotten worse every time I've come in. They have a bunch of kids running the place now. Was overcharged at the register (as I've been suspecting I always have). Brought it up with two of the staff working the register and was met with blank stares. So I said forget it and left. Then the orders were wrong when I got home. Too much hassle for two bagels that cost me almost $17. . plus tip of course to reward them for fleecing me.
While traveling, I stumbled upon Posh Bagel, the perfect spot for a quick breakfast. The service was outstanding, provided by three polite and helpful teenagers. The bagels were delicious, and I really enjoyed a tasty mango smoothie as well! We had no issues with the billing. I will definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area!

Didn't have a good experience here. It used to be very good, but it appears to have changed ownership. I ordered two ham and cheese croissants to go; at home I found they were plain cheese, very small, and poorly packed. I hope they get their act together, as it has a long tradition of being a neighborhood gathering place.
This is undoubtedly the best bagel spot in the area. Their breakfast bagels are delicious, and you can customize them with whatever toppings you like. They offer a wide variety of options as well. Plus, they're open during COVID, so it's a great way to support local businesses!

Service is terrible! Don't dare inquire about options on a breakfast sandwich. Employee by the name of Eric is RUDE. Take your business to another local store who appreciates community members.

She makes the best bagels and cream cheese in town. It's a must-try spot for a bagel breakfast. The cinnamon bagels toasted with strawberry cream cheese are absolutely fantastic!
Foods good but the bathroom is absolutely disgusting which really scares me when I think about them making my food I want to vomit.
