Post Markt - Tisch reservieren

Cool, old Austrian house but with modern inside. Nice rooms. But if you're there during the hottest summer days it can be really warm because there's no air conditioning. We asked for a fan but they didn't have one. So we had to buy one just to get some sleep. We had to have the windows open because of the heat. But the small town had a music festival (and this hotel is in the heart of it) so it was ompa ompa music til late and the cleaners came really early in the morning so we couldn't sleep. Maybe you can ask for a room on the backside if you're sensitive to noise. Or buy earplugs like we did .Otherwise this hotel is great. Nice staff and we ate at the restaurant twice. The Post Markt is at the back of the Hotel Post and sells local meats, cheeses, breads, oils and various other produce such as Schnapps. You can buy the produce or have lunch there or coffee. There are pasta dishes on offer or sandwiches made with a variety of breads. It is a pleasant place if you want somewhere different for lunch or just for a browse to be tempted by the local produce and tasty aromas.

Wenn wir ein schönes Ambiente und ausgezeichnetes Essen wollen, gehen wir in die Post. Bei Sonne kann man sehr schöndraussen sitzen und essen, aber auch das Restaurant ist angenehm. Kann man nur empfehlen

Das Restaurant bietet glutenfreie Gerichte an, wir haben Wiener Schnitzel mit Pommes frites gegessen.
