This is the second time my order has been messed up. The first time, I requested a salad without blue cheese, but it came with blue cheese anyway. It’s quite difficult to remove blue cheese! This time, I ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich with bacon, lettuce, and pickles. Instead, I received just a plain turkey sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise. I'm not sure if they have trouble hearing the orders, but this is now two out of two orders that have been incorrect. Potbelly really needs to reevaluate their system. It’s disappointing because I do enjoy their sandwiches, but I can't seem to get the ones I want! I filled out a survey on the receipt and asked for a refund for my salad, but I did...
I ordered online, got to the shop 15 min later. My order was not ready, waited for 15-20 more minutes while people coming to the store where getting the food faster that the online orders. I finally got my order and when I get to the office to eat my lunch they gave me the wrong order, a plain sandwich without the toopings I paid for. Very disappointed this time!

I absolutely adore their sandwiches! They are some of the highest quality I've tasted, and the flavor is fantastic. They also offer an excellent selection of chips, and the store itself is very clean and has a great atmosphere!
