This is a delightful Potbelly location. The atmosphere is bright and airy, featuring some lovely tables and a long bar that’s perfect for solo diners. The entire restaurant was impeccably clean, and all the staff were friendly and quick to serve. I was particularly impressed by one employee who was handling a large order with incredible speed—there were no wasted movements. I swear she was assembling a sandwich every 10 to 15 seconds! She paused just long enough to make my order, which was hot, delicious, and just right (though a few people seemed confused about what 'light' mustard means), and then she got right back to work. My only minor complaint is that there's a step down in the middle...
I visited for the first time and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. Our server, Lakendai, along with another young man, were both very friendly. There was a wide variety of options to choose from. I’ll definitely be coming back frequently!
I have been ordering delivery from here lately and I love it. I prefer to order from restaurants that have their own employees deliver rather than a third party and Potbelly's is one of them. Delivery is always on time or early, which I appreciate. Food is fresh and delicious.
Good food, nice staff, typical Potbelly setup. Yet, the tuna sandwich has been colder than I'd prefer. Last time I was there I mentioned it they attempted to accommodate me by adding less tuna which is fine with me. Sandwich was less cold. I appreciated the effort! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is the best Potbelly’s around! The sandwiches are consistently made to perfection, and the staff is always friendly. I would go out of my way to visit this location rather than the one on 159th and Harlem.
