We dine here frequently and it's our favorite lunch spot! Their subs are consistently excellent, and the wait times have improved significantly. We now order ahead using the app and rarely have to wait past our scheduled pickup time. It seems they've developed an efficient system, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We hardly ever experience any mistakes with our orders—only once or twice have we received the wrong cookie, but our subs are always spot on. Lastly, the person they hired to handle the condiments and sauces on the subs deserves recognition; they do an amazing job seasoning and saucing everything just right. First time ever at a Potbelly’s. We were out of town and wanted something to tie us over until dinner on Father’s Day. Ordered the Farmhouse salad and a fountain Dr. pepper. Salad was excellent…very fresh, crisp and a good portion. Dr. Pepper was like out of the bottle…not over carbonated like a lot of fountain drinks are at a lot of places. Inside and outside seating area was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Felt abundantly welcomed and safe. Staff was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Great job! Highly recommended establishment and would certainly choose again when in the area!
I never leave reviews but the food and customer service was so horrible that I need to , my food was drenched in sauce that is leaked out of the bag into the car , and the customer service was horrible the little girl with the blonde highlights behind the counter constantly rushing you when clearly I just walked in and was unsure what I wanted .. they sneak while making your food and whisper among each other like how unprofessional hire better employees pls you have lost my family’s service
We stopped by for a quick late lunch and had a fantastic experience! The flavors were amazing, and the service at the counter was excellent. We ordered the BLTA, Mama’s Meatball, and the Roast Beef, all of which were incredible! We were too hungry and eager to eat to take any pictures, but believe me, the food was wonderful! Stopped in for lunch. Place was not crowded and we were served quickly. The food was well prepared and good. I ordered the A Wreck original size sub sandwich which was very good. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. The employees were nice and courteous, and functioned as a good assembly line. The prices were decent, and pretty much competitive with other restaurants of this style. They did have a Mobile Order Pick-Up area.
Additionally, when I arrived, I noticed the deli meats were left sitting out on the counter and there were no napkins available for us. I also didn't receive a receipt with my order. Given all these inconveniences, I’m not sure if I will return to this location; it doesn’t give the impression of a well-managed establishment. I believe this situation could have been handled much better.
We had a wonderful experience feeding our family of 8 without any compromises. The vegetarians were pleased, and the diabetics enjoyed two meat bowls. Everyone left satisfied and full. A big thank you to the team for working together with smiles and helping us get exactly what we wanted!
The customer service left much to be desired. It felt like the staff was in a hurry, rushing so much that they charged me for the wrong item at the register. Additionally, I found oil from my other sandwich all over my flatbread. I wouldn't recommend this place. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was good, customer service could have been better. Manager didn’t even look at us when we placed our order and the cashier didn’t look like she wanted to be there. Even if you don’t want to be there smile and make eye contact with your customers.
